*Please note that deliveries are not picked up on weekends (Saturday/Sunday) or holidays. This includes all public holidays celebrated in Indonesia so please check with the delivery partner if your order is urgent.

COST


FREE DELIVERY on all orders within Indonesia - with a minimum spend of 500k IDR
Any orders that don’t meet the minimum order requirement incur a shipping fee of approximately 10k – 50k IDR

International Delivery shipping costs – are calculated at time of purchase dependent on weight and location.

This can range from approximately 200k – 500k IDR but please refer to cart calculation for correct amount.

*Note this amount does not include any additional costs incurred for customs, duties and taxes. These are calculated at the discretion of each customers country of residence and not the responsibility of Bamboo Blonde or any of the delivery partners.

Delivery within the rest of Indonesia – 3 - 7 days

DELIVERY POLICY

1. Deliveries are processed through Lion Parcel (Indonesia) & FedEx (the rest of the world). Once dispatched from the Bamboo Blonde warehouse your parcel will be subject to their delivery terms and conditions. Please visit the shipping partners website for more information.
2. Customers must ensure that the correct delivery address, phone number, and email are entered on our payment page. Parcels that are undeliverable due to contact details being incorrect will be returned to Bamboo Blonde and a re-dispatch fee will be charged for the parcel to be resent. Freight charges paid for the original dispatch are non-refundable.
3. Bamboo Blonde will endeavor to deliver the goods to customers within the time period specified. However, we will not be liable to the customer or any other parties for any losses suffered or incurred due to delay. Estimated delivery times are calculated from the time the customer receives the ‘order dispatched’ email not from the date the order was placed. This does not take into account delays due to customs regulations in your country of residence.
4. Our shipping partners deliver during normal business hours. All shipments require a signature on delivery. If a signature cannot be obtained at the time of delivery, the customer will be contacted and a new delivery time will be scheduled. If the recipient is not present or contactable by phone/email over a 5 day period – the unclaimed parcel may be returned to Bamboo Blonde. Further freight charges will be payable by the customer for re-dispatch. Freight charges paid for the original dispatch are non-refundable. Please consider entering your work address if you are not at home during normal business hours.
5. Once unclaimed goods have arrived in the Bamboo Blonde warehouse, the customer will be contacted again and the order will be held for a total of two weeks. If the customer does not respond within these two weeks, the order will be cancelled and returned to stock.
6. Bamboo Blonde reserves the right to not accept an order, or to cancel an order (with refund) if we cannot supply the goods.
7. Bamboo Blonde will only ship orders once all items on the order are available for dispatch.
8. Bamboo Blonde will take all reasonable care to appropriately pack all orders, but will not be liable or responsible for any damage once the parcel has left the possession of Bamboo Blonde.
9. Property and risk pass to the consumer upon delivery of the goods to the nominated delivery address. Anyone at the customer’s nominated delivery address who receives and signs for the goods shall be presumed by Bamboo Blonde to be authorized to receive the goods.
10. Some deliveries may incur a customs or import duty charge. Bamboo Blonde, or any of its delivery partners are not responsible for these charges, nor can advise on these details. Additional costs occurred to the customer are dependent on the country of residence’s regulations & compliances. For more information please contact your local customs office. If you refuse to pay the duty or tax once the parcel arrives it will be returned to the sender. In this instance, the amount paid for the product and delivery costs is non-refundable.
