RETURNS

Bamboo Blonde can accept items for return within a 7 day purchase window providing that all items are in original condition, with all tags attached and no signs of wear. Please provide proof of purchase and what you would like to return, and why to our customer care team HERE


The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
Sale items
Final sale items
Swimwear
Jewelry
Footwear
Promotional items (excluding sign up discount)
Items purchased through third party sites/stores

Please note that all returns will be issued a credit note to the value of the purchased product upon approval of the team, and receipted return of the item. All return postage costs and taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer. Credit notes can be used for both online and in store – please advise our team if you wish to purchase in store.
*Items purchased online cannot be returned/exchanged in store.

EXCHANGES

In the occasion where the item purchased does not fit as intended, customers are able to exchange the item for another size within 7 days of purchase. Please note that we can only offer an exchange on size for items in the same style and colour as originally purchased. If the requested size is not available, customers will be issued with a credit note. Exchange items will be sent out once the original purchased item/s are received by Bamboo Blonde. Once received, the customer will be notified and a payment link for shipping and tax costs for the new item will be requested. Please note all return postage costs and taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer.

FAULTY ITEMS

If you believe an item is faulty please get in touch with our customer care team HERE

And provide us with the following details:
Date of purchase
Proof of purchase
Product style name
Size
Details of the fault
Photos of the fault

The Bamboo Blonde team will carefully assess your claim, and upon approval will issue a refund back to your original method of payment. Please note payments can take up to 10 days to reach your account.
